Dawn Ferguson is the Executive Director at Kingston Residence of Sylvania. She is responsible for the overall operations of the community. She has been with Kingston for over 27 years and has been part of two start-up communities for Kingston HealthCare Company. As the Executive Director, she opened Sylvania in November of 2001 and has never stopped looking at ways to improve the experience for the residents who reside in the community. She loves it when families can be a family again instead of being a caregiver and the resident looks forward to the visit from them again.
She is very transparent in her management style and the staff know that she is someone who acts with integrity and she respects each staff member for the role they play in the community.
In Dawn’s spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and reading a good book.
